Conditions consistent with operating schedule
There will be a dispersal policy in order to prevent crime and disorder and promote public safety. Closure of the premises will occur 30 minutes at the latest after any hire. Hirers will be encouraged to utilise the adjacent car park.
All hirers must sign a hire contract and abide by the terms and conditions of hire.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of First Aid equipment and materials.
The maximum number of persons allowed in the premises shall be 150 at any time subjectto a lower number being required under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.The premises will comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order at all times. The maximum number of persons allowed within the whole of the licensed area must not exceed 150 persons.
The Licence Holders or their representatives shall conduct regular assessments of any noise caused by any licensable activity at the premises on every occasion the premises are used and shall take steps to reduce the levels of noise where it is likely to cause a public nuisance.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises, in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and area quietly. This shall form part of the terms and conditions of hire.
Any users will be required, by the hire terms and conditions, to provide chaperones for performances involving children and comply with any relevant legislation.
When the public, members or guests are present the lighting levels in all parts of the premises shall be capable of providing sufficient illumination to leave the premises safely
