The prevention of crime and disorder
The premises licence holder or his representative at that time shall not permit customers to congregate within the immediate vicinity of the premises to the annoyance or obstruction of others.
CCTV must be installed at the premises and must include at least one camera positioned in such a place as to cover the main service area and be of such quality that images can be used to assist the identification of suspects.
CCTV must be recording during all hours the venue is open to the public.
The premises licence holder will ensure that at least one of the employees working is fully trained in any CCTV system used by the premises and that this person is available to immediately assist Police with any enquiry they may have.
Incidents: All members of staff shall be instructed to record in an incident book/register:
All incidents of crime and disorder occurring at the premises.
Details of occasions when the police are called to premises.
This book/register will be available for inspection by a police officer on request.
The venue must have access to, and use of, a community radio during all hours the premises is open to the public.
