  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

• Conditions on previous licence(s)

   

  On New Years Eve the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol shall be 01.00 hours the following day and the premises shall close at 02.00 the following day

  1.              Unamplified solos and duos only - local musicians encouraged

  2.              Recorded music via CD player and mp3 player

  3.              Late night refreshment - hot drinks only i.e. tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.

  4.              No cigarette machine as Niche is a “no smoking” premises

  5.              No gaming machines on the premises

  6.              No adult type entertainment on site

  7.              All staff and management will be trained on the main criteria of the Licensing Act 2003 especially promoting the four licensing objectives

  There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
