(a) General - all four licensing objectives (b, c, d, e) (please read guidance note 15)
It is intended that by virtue of the granting of the application in itself, the licensing objectives will be satisfied. It is acknowledged that artificial limited hours contribute to crime and disorder and thereby removing this restriction will prevent crime and disorder. It should be pointed out as a caravan park there has never been any crime or disorder occasioned by the provision of the existing licensable activities. Furthermore, all four licensing objectives are furthered by virtue of the application in itself.
(b) The prevention of crime and disorder
As stated above, the additional hours will help prevent crime and disorder, not that there has been any problem at the licensed premises. The designated premises supervisor has by virtue of the post undertaken appropriate training in the Licensing Act and the prevention of crime and disorder. Additionally, all members of staff will be provided with ongoing training on an informal basis which shall include non-admittance to the premises of persons liable to contribute to crime and disorder for whatever reason and powers available to the holders of the licenses to seek assistance from the Police in necessary circumstances, although it is not in any way envisaged this will ever be called upon. It is not to be accepted that a personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times alcohol is sold.

No more than 100 people shall be admitted to the premises at any time unless the consent is obtained of the licensing authority for a specific event and if the police do not object to that specific event, within five working days of having been notified, such notification to the police to take place no later than two weeks prior to any such event.
