CRIME AND DISORDER LICENSING OBJECTIVE
CCTV will be installed, maintained and be recording at all times licensable activity is taking place. All members of staff must be able to operate the CCTV system and provide police with removable images when requested.
There must be at least one CCTV camera covering the counter area, one CCTV camera covering front door and one CCTV camera covering external frontage of property.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 14 days.
A minimum number of 1 member of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from 00:00 to close on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Door staff must be in possession of and wear a high visibility yellow jacket to make themselves visible to the public.
A written record shall be kept on the premises by the premises licence holder of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor in a register kept for that purpose. That record shall contain the following details:-
the door supervisor's name, date of birth and home address;
his/her Security Industry Authority licence number;
the time and date he/she starts and finishes duty;
the time of any breaks taken whilst on duty;
each entry shall be signed by the door supervisor.
That register shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, the Security Industry Authority or a Police Constable
The premises must use Community Radio network and a working handset must be available at all times, except emergencies.
