  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

  1.              No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises

  2.              All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency

  3.              Half an hour before the before the premises is due to close, music shall be played at a significantly lower volume and tempo.

  4.              Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises

  5.              There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly

  6.              Live music, recorded music (other than incidental background music) and the provision of facilities for dancing will only be provided at functions

  7.              There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

   

  Re residents

  For so long as the premises are bona fide used for the purpose of habitually providing for reward board and lodging including breakfast and one other at least of the customary main meals intoxicating liquor may be sold/supplied to residents in the hotel and their bona fide guests 24 hours per day.

  Suitable non-alcoholic beverages, including drinking water, shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

  There shall be afforded in the premises for persons provided with board and lodging for reward adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used or to be used for

  )          sleeping accommodation; or

  )          the service of substantial refreshment; or

  the supply or consumption of alcohol
