Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
3. Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.00 hours
4. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
5. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
The premises will be operated as a restaurant therefore this presents a low risk of crime and disorder. There are two CCTV cameras and a working monitor which will be placed behind the bar. These premises present a low risk due to the nature of Licensable activities.
c) Public safety
These premises have recently been inspected by the Fire Authority and we will comply with their requirements.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Noise levels will be properly controlled in the context of the operation as a restaurant. Although recorded music is sought to be played from 8.00am (when serving breakfast) this will be low key background music.
e) The protection of children from harm
There are no activities which would cause harm to children. The premises are completely non-smoking, there are no gambling machines and no adult entertainment will take place in the premises.
