Offered Conditions
1. The premises licence holder will register and use community/network radio
2. To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
3. A crime prevention survey is to be carried out by the police and their recommendations fully complied with by the premises licence holder prior to the premises opening/the variation taking effect
4. A minimum number of 1 member of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from 01.00 hours on Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday mornings
5. All non-fixed furniture will be removed from the customer area by 22.00 hours
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Operating Schedule
a) General ~ all four licensing objectives (b, c, d, e) (please read guidance note 9)
A CCTV hard disk/VCR system is installed and recordings will be retained for a minimum of 30 days.
Customer queuing will be regulated by barriers and/or signage in consultation with the police.
Seating area within this store available at all times premises open.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
As above and:
- all stores have panic buttons.
- if door staff are employed, records will be maintained of the door supervisors name, address and SIA badge number.
- signs will be displayed stating that no alcoholic drinks shall be brought into the premises for consumption.
c) Public safety
As above and:
- annual fire extinguisher checks;
- monthly health and safety audits;
- drinks will not be served in glass containers.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
As above and:
- adequate bins are provided;
- deliveries will only be made to the store between 08.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs;
- refuse will only be collected between 08.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs;
- the store is fully air conditioned ~ there are no extraction systems operational.
e) The protection of children from harm
As above.
