Conditions consistent with operating schedule
There shall be installed at the premises CCTV with a minimum number of 2 cameras covering the front door and counter area.
CCTV images must be retained for a minimum period of 30 days and be made available to police and authorised officers upon request.
All staff must be proficient in the use of the CCTV system and appropriate training given where required.
Regular checks must be made to ensure there is no litter left by customers inside the premises and the area directly outside.
The floor area will be checked at regular intervals for spillages and a wet floor sign erected when this occurs.
Noise levels will be monitored at all times and large groups of people will not be allowed access to the premises.
Children under the age of 14 years will not be served after 22:00 hours.
Alcohol must not be allowed on the premises for consumption at any time.
Should staff be aware of drugs on the premises then police must be informed.
