Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
3. Recorded music will be limited to background music as a complement to food and drink throughout opening period
4. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Operating Schedule
a) General-all foir licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
All staff are trained in the appropriate legislation.
The main elements of the licensing objectives are all covered in the Pizza Hut in-house training manual" Champs Standards Library " ( CSL) and in the " Developing Champions" management training programme.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
Advice will be taken from local Police in relation to local concerns. All alcohol in the restaurant area of the premises will be served to tables by waiting staff.
c) Public safety
The company is fully aware of its responsibilities in the relation to Health and Safety.
The Pizza Hut " Champs Standard Library " Volume 4 covers health and safety issues in a chapter entitled " Preventing Customer Accidents or Injuries"
d) The prevention of public nuisance
If required notices will be displayed reminding patrons to leave quietly and respect the local residential amenity.
e) The protection of children from harm
The Pizza Hut " Champs Working Manual" present in all restaurants has a risk assessment which specifically addresses the prevention of harm to children on the company's premises
