Offered Conditions
1 Entry to the premises and the sale of alcohol is to be restricted to residents and guests attending pre-booked functions
2 Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position at the main entrance to the premises stating that the premises are only open for the sale of alcohol to residents and guests attending pre-booked functions
3 No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises
4 There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
5 Doors and windows shall be closed during any regulated entertainment in the premises
6 Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises
7. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Operating Schedule

A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which
intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers,
except in the caseof an emergency.
Any person who looks or appears under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide ID that
they are over the age of 18.
