A Central Control Point will be provided on the day in Lancaster Library adjacent to the site. All communications will be coordinated from this point.
The Method Statement includes all details of Police attendance, marshals provided and necessary control and communications methods to be employed throughout the day's activities. Method Statement attached.
Sufficient risk assessments detailing crowd control and marshaling measures are available for inspection.
Lost children facilities will be available in the Central Control Point.
