Offered Conditions
A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will normally be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
There shall be no drinks promotions at the venue
In the auditoria except for pre-booked functions to which the public are not admitted, alcohol will only be sold prior to the start of the performance, from trays or trolleys and will be only dispensed in plastic bottles or plastic glasses
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Operating schedule
a) General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
The premises operate as a six screen multiplex cinema. Sale of alcohol will be ancillary to the operation of the premises as a cinema. The applicants have carried out an assessment of their operation in the light of the proposed variation and have ascertained that no further steps are required to promote the licensing objectives other than as set out below.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
A CCTV system to be installed and maintained. Images are to be recorded and retained for at least 28 days and copies handed to the Police or the Local Authority on request.
The sale of alcohol shall cease at the end of the specified hours or 30 minutes before the end of the last film showing whichever is the earlier.
In the Vue bar area:
Notices shall be fixed to the fridges where alcohol is on display indicating that no-one under 18 is allowed to purchase alcohol.
Other than the fridges behind the concessions counter, the fridges shall be locked at all times when the sales counter is unmanned or alcohol is not on sale. CCTV cameras shall specifically cover the fridges.
c) Public safety
In the auditoria except for pre-booked functions to which the public are not admitted, alcohol will be sold from trays or trollies and will only be dispensed in plastic bottles or plastic glasses.
The requirements of the Fire Officer (if any) shall be incorporated.
d) The prevention of public nuisance

A recognised proof of age scheme will be in force in relation to sale of alcohol.
The premises will operate a "Think 21" policy in relation to sale of alcohol.
All staff involved in the sale of alcohol to be properly trained.
