Offered Conditions
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Operating Schedule
a) General- all four Licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
All members of staff and management will have ongoing training on the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the promotion of the four licensing objectives b - e below.
b) The Prevention of Crime and disorder.
No irresponsible drinks promotions.
All members of staff concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol and the unit 18’s.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
a) UK photo driving licence
b) Current Passport
c) Pass Card (proof of age standards scheme)
Free drinking water to be made available at all times from the bar.
Zero tolerance of drugs on the premises - signs on the premises to this effect.
c) Public Safety
A first aid box and an accident book on the premises.
A first aider on the premises.
Fire extinguishers on the premises.
Fire exits clearly signed.
Emergency lighting.
Annual checks to be allowed by the relevant authorities to ensure all safety features and measures are being complied with.
No drunk, unruly or disorderly people to be allowed entry to the premises.
Emergency exits will remain unobstructed at all times.
Risk Assessments undertaken and made available to be viewed at the premises.
d) The Prevention of public nuisance
Calling taxis for customers to ensure they are moved off the premises quietly and quickly. Customers to be reminded to leave quietly and respect local residents - signs on the premises to that effect.
e) The Protection of children from harm
Any gaming machine or cigarette machine to be in full view of the bar to prevent misuse. Gaming machines and cigarette machines to be clearly labelled in accordance with current legislation.
Ensure there is no drunken behaviour by customers.
All young children to be off the premises by 2100 hours.
