Offered Conditions
A minimum number of [2] members of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from [1am] on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
The premises licence holder would register and use the community/network radio
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Operating Schedule
a) General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
The management will make provision for health and fire safety requirements and ensure that staff are trained in the requisite procedures and have a working knowledge of the Licensing Objectives.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
Prominently displayed CCTV to be in use at the premises and permanently recording during trading hours. Doorstaff will be employed Friday and Saturday nights for the period 00:00 to 03:00am. A Police radio is being purchased.
c) Public safety
Fire exits are kept maintained and are never impeded in any way. All fire fighting equipment is annually maintained. The management will comply with Health and Safety regulations.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
There is a taxi rank close to and visible from the premises.
e) The protection of children from harm
Children will not be allowed on the premises after 21:00 unless accompanied by an adult.
