General - all four licensing objectives
Compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. We have not identified any needs or risks that have not arisen in the past.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Hall Management Committee has rules for the conduct of those using the premises.
Normal hours under terms of licence will be displayed on premises.
Public safety
Fire and Health and Safety procedures are in place. We shall comply with all provisions of the Entertainments Licence and allow inspections by authorised persons.
The prevention of public nuisance
Waste bins are provided.
Hall Management monitor noise and vibration levels.
Notices displayed requesting users of the Hall to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
The protection of children from harm
Nothing in the operating schedule to cause harm to children.
No child under 12 allowed on premises after 11p.m. unless accompanied by a responsible adult. All the restrictions for the showing of films will be strictly enforced and notices posted as necessary. Young children only allowed on premises when supervised by responsible adult(s).
