b) The prevention of crime and disorder
To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system which complies with the minimum requirements expected by the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
In the event of doorstaff being employed at the venue the Designated Premises Supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising the following:- start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person.
The provision of off-sales will terminate at 23:00 hours.
A Personal Licence Holder shall normally be on the premises after 20:00 each evening during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers.
The Designated Premises Supervisor will participate in the local Pubwatch Scheme.
No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
A sign will be displayed on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
c) Public safety
All fire doors will be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed.
Adequate and appropriate training will be provided to staff working at the premises.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
When amplified musical entertainment is taking place inside the premises after 22:00 windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, will be kept shut.
A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
e) The protection of children from harm
No-one under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 22:00 save on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:-

Passport
PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
