CRIME AND DISORDER LICENSING OBJECTIVE
CCTV equipment shall be installed and shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Training should be provided for staff members in the usage of the CCTV equipment and be recording at all times when the premises are conducting licensable activities.
There must be at least one CCTV camera covering the counter area, one CCTV camera covering customers entering the premises and one CCTV camera covering external frontage of property.
The Data Controller will make footage available within a reasonable time to a Police Constable or Authorised Officer, where such request is made in accordance with and which satisfies the Data Protection Act 1998.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 21 days.
A minimum number of 1 member of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from 23:00 to close on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Door staff must be in possession of and wear a high visibility yellow jacket to make themselves visible to the public.
The premises must use the Community Radio network and a working handset must be available at all times, except emergencies.
No unaccompanied children are allowed in the premises after 22:00
