Offered Conditions
In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 2300 hours
A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times after 2200 hours during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another person who after 2000 hours must be a personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
Sales of alcohol in the external areas may only be via waiter/waitress service
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Operating schedule
General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
All members of the management team will be trained in relation to all the llicensing objectives so as to prevent crime, disorder, public nuisance, promote public safety and protection of children from harm.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to person under the age of 18 years.
A PASS accredited ID scheme will be in place.
There will be no irresponsible drinks promotions which may encourage binge drinking.
The management will ensure that customers using the external areas are monitored closely with disorder and rowdiness not being tolerated.
CCTV cameras will be installed and which will cover both internal and external areas.
The premises will be supervised and monitored by appropriate members of staff 24 hours a day.
When appropriate door supervisors will be employed at the premises and a record shall be maintained detailing the name of each door supervisor, their start and finish time and SIA badge number. The door supervisor will also sign this record.
c) Public safety
All escape routes and exits maintained so as not to cause hindrance in the event of evacuation.
Annual and five yearly checks of the systems installed at the premises will take place
All staff will be trained in the fire evacuation procedure.
A fire evacuation procedure is in place for disabled customers and staff will be trained in relation to this.
The premises will be supervised and monitored by appropriate members of staff 24 hours a day.
A maximum capacity of 320 will be applied to the Public Bar and 40 Residents Lounge.
● A capacity of 65 will apply to the number of resident guests permitted residence at the hotel at any one time.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Background music will not be permitted to be played in any external parts of the premises after 23.00 hours each day.
The management will ensure that the external parts of the premises are kept tidy and therefore not cause a nuisance to other neighbouring businesses and/or residents.

● Checks of the premises and grounds will be made at intervals throughout the day and night time by appropriate members of staff.
e) The protection of children from harm
Persons under the age of eighteen years will not be permitted on the premises after 20:30 unless they are resident guests or they are on the premises predominently for the purpose of taking table food there.
