Offered Conditions
1. At times when the designated premises supervisor is away from the premises on holiday or anticipates being away for an extended period of time then another personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence. However in the event that no other personal licence holder is available then a non-personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence provided that the nominated person has been made available for interview by the police licensing unit in respect of such a position and the police do not object to the proposal
2. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
3. The premises licence holder will provide to the police a drugs policy for the premises which shall as a minimum contain all of the best practices outlined in the guidance published by the Home Office and the London Drug Policy Forum ‘Safer Clubbing’
4. Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol will be clearly delineated as being part of the premises in a manner, which is agreed with the police
5. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
6. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
7. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
8. Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises
9. A suitable automatic noise limiting device is installed in the premises and calibrated to the satisfaction of the Head of Health and Strategic Housing
10. The licensee shall take all reasonable precautions for the prevention of public nuisance from the premises
11. All extract ventilation openings are fitted with suitable acoustic enclosures to prevent the escape of noise

Be a member and active supporter/participant of the Local Pub Watch scheme.
No open bottles or glasses allowed to leave the premises.
Using toughened glasses and plastic bottles where possible/available.
a PASS accredited ID scheme is in place.
A Drugs Policy is in force and operational at the premises.
c) Public Safety
Weekly checks of disabled facilities.
Weekly fire alarm test and drill.
Annual testing and inspection of the Emergency Lighting at the premises by a qualified engineer.
An evacuation procedure is in place and staff are trained in relation to this.
d) The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signs posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents.
Doors and windows to be kept closed when entertainment is in progress.
Staff to ensourage customers to leave quietly.
e) The protection of children from harm
