Offered Conditions
1 A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2 Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display
3 In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
4 In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises a minimum number of 2 members of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from for the first 100 customers and thereafter one for every 250 or part thereof
5 In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises door supervisors registered with SIA shall be equipped with an appropriate method of keeping an accurate record of the capacity levels, including any separate capacity levels for individual rooms or levels
6 In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises door supervisors shall be positioned at each entrance/exit (other than fire only exits) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses or food any container/or wrapper
7 Outside areas will only be used for the consumption of alcohol place if at least 10 days notice is provided to police and the licensing authority and only if the police give their consent
8 Outside areas used for the consumption of alcohol will be clearly defined as being part of the premises in a manner that is agreed with the police and access to that area will only be via the premises
9 Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
10 No entry to or re-entry to the premises one hour prior to the terminal hour by members of the public or by any guests or friends of members of staff or the premises licence holder
11 The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
12 On no more than 15 occasions per calendar year, these extensions for the supply of alcohol can only take place if at least 10 days notice is provided to police and the licensing authority and only if the police give their consent
13 There will be no sale/supply of alcohol or performance of live music after 23.00 hours without consultation with Health and Strategic Housing Services
14 Any outside performance of a play will be limited to the forecourt grassed area or portico
15 Any outside exhibition of films will be limited to the forecourt grassed area or portico or projections onto the premises
16 Any outside performance of live music will be limited to the forecourt grassed area or portico
17 Any outside sale/supply of alcohol will be limited to the forecourt grassed area or portico
18.There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.

Current Public Entertainment conditions apply.
When a festival ie: Punk/Comedy or other non specified event requires a liquor licence until 02:00, the Police will be notified no less than ten days prior to the event. We will not proceed if counter notice.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
SIA personnel on site for all events after 11pm. Especially in all cases of 12.00 festivals, SIA personnel will be employed. A personal licence holder will be present whenever the bar is open for the sale of alcohol.
c) Public safety
Current Public Entertainment conditions apply.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Current Public Entertainment conditions apply. The venue is situated in a non residential area, operating in conjunction with ticketed events/concerts not necessarily each weekend.
e) The protection of children from harm
All key members of staff are Criminal Bureau Checked (enhanced).
No under 14s admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
Children allowed admittance to concerts/events of a suitable nature.
Theatre shows promoted to a family audience have a curfew of 11.30pm.
Venue is fully non smoking.
First Aider on site.
Children will be discouraged from approaching the bar.
