Offered Conditions
A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will normally be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises.
To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18 on the purchase of alcohol. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol will be clearly delineated as being part of the premises in a manner, which is agreed with the police
Operating schedule
a) General - all four licensing objectives
We are serving alcohol as a restaurant so we would expect reasonable behaviour at all times all aspects of health and safety etc wil be adhered to. We would ask all our patrons when leaving our premises to think of others for noise pollution. As for the likes of children safety, they are not allowed on the premises without reasonable adult supervision. We also have a good CCTV installed to look after crime, public and the safety aspect.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
We make sure that all our doors etc that are not to be used are locked so that anything of value is secured safely and so as not to attract unwanted attention. We also have CCTV in place.
c) Public safety
We have full insurance for public safety and all our health and safety records should be up to date with regulations and standards.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
We only play background music which should not affect anyone outside the premises and we also ask our guests, when leaving late, to keep the volume to a minimum.
e) The protection of children from harm
We always insist that children are kept under control by a responsible adult and that they adhere to being in a restaurant environment.
