1. A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times after 20.00 hours on Friday & Saturday during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers except in the case of an emergency and shall normally be on the premises at all times after 20.00 hours on Sunday to Thursday during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers except in the case of an emergency
2. On Friday ad Saturday a minimum number of 2 members of door staff registered with the SIA for the first 100 customers and thereafter one for every 100 or part thereof will be on duty from 22.30 hours until 30 minutes after the permitted time for the sale/supply of alcohol
3. Door supervisors registered with the SIA shall be equipped with an appropriate method of keeping an accurate record of the capacity levels including separate capacity levels for individual rooms or levels
4. Door supervisors shall be positioned at the entrance/exit (other than fire only exits) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses or food any container or wrapper
5. The DPS will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor; the door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty; the record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
6. Only glasses which are made of “toughened glass” shall be used whether alcohol is being consumed on the premises or in any area outside the premises which trades as part of the premises
7. To install maintain and operate a CCTV system which complies with the minimum requirements expected by the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises. Such system shall include full coverage of any outside drinking area.
8. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: - UK photo driving licence Passport PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
9. The DPS or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of any Pubwatch scheme for the area within which the premises are located and would include registration and use of community/network radio
10. Any outside area which is used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used at 23.20 hours
11. Off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
12. A dispersal policy which is agreed by the police shall be implemented at all times
13. A maximum number of persons (including staff) allowed to be on the premises at any one time shall be: 200 in the bar area; 55 in the function room; 28 in the hotel as stipulated by the Fire Officer
14. Other than 2 AWP machines and 1 cigarette machine there will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
