Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence
All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

Sale of alcohol: New Year’s Eve 10.00 to 00.30 on 2nd January

Operating Schedule
a) General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
1. There is to be waiter/waitress service throughout the restaurant area of the premises affording control and supervision.
2. Substantial food will be available throughout licensed hours.

A risk assessment will be conducted and implemented in the premises for fire safety purposes.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
e) The protection of children from harm
It is proposed that children will be permitted access to the premises in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
An proof of age scheme will be adopted in the premises.
