Offered Conditions
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme).

Most alcohol tends to be sold during private cruises. The size and profile of the party are usually known in advance and the appropriate number of crew (appropriately trained) are allocated to ensure professional management of the event.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Steps will be taken to ensure that staff are appropriately trained to ensure that the premises are operated in such a manner to prevent crime and disorder.
Public safety
The boatmaster is licensed by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, having received training in boat operation and safety. The crew of the vessel receive induction and safety training before they are allowed to take duty. The safety of the public is paramount in the operation of the vessel.
The prevention of public nuisance
The vessel operates on the Lancaster Canal. Steps will be taken to avoid nuisance to be caused to other boaters and inhabitants adjacent to the canal.
The protection of children from harm
Children are usually accompanied by adults when travelling on the company's vessels. Staff will be trained to ensure that activities on the boat are appropriate to avoid any harm to children.
