Offered Conditions
Where any entertainment is provided that may be of an adult nature, the company will ensure no persons are on the premises employed or otherwise that are under 18 years of age. Where such entertainment is provided admittance shall be by ticket/invite only and any such entertainment shall be booked through bone fide agents of a reputable source. No obscene performance or entertainment shall be provided at the premises, and for the purpose of this condition, a performance or entertainment shall be deemed to be obscene if, taken as a whole, its effect is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt persons likely to attend
it.
Operating Schedule
a) General ~ all four licensing objectives (b, c, d, e)
Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed: 30 minute “drinking up” time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc. In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, machines, and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
Illumination is provided to the exterior of the premises.
Toilets checked regularly.
Premises are equipped with exits signs.
Burglar alarm in place.
CCTV installed.
Drug prevention measures employed any signs displayed.
The company will operate a challenge 21 policy.
The company will maintain a Day book/Incident book to the satisfaction of the police.
c) Public safety
Health and safety policy in place.
Fire fighting equipment serviced regularly.
Exit signs clearly visible.
Gas and electricity certificates in place.
Accident book for public and staff.
Portable appliances tested annually.
Emergency lighting fire detection throughout the building.
The company will maintain a Fire Risk Assessment to the satisfaction of the Fire and Rescue Services.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Doors and windows to remain closed during entertainment.
Noise survey carried out when entertainment on.
Please leave quietly sign displayed.
The premises have a dispersal policy.
The company will not permit noise outbreak from the premises to cause nuisance, this will be monitored by checking for noise outbreak during periods of regulated entertainment to the nearest noise sensitive dwelling, should a premises be affected, to take remedial action and record those actions in the Incident book.
e) The protection of children from harm
No unaccompanied children allowed.
No children in the bar area.
No under 18s after 9 pm.
The company will recognize The Protection of Young Persons Employment Act 1996.
