Offered Conditions
General - all four licensing objectives
1 Waiter/waitress service will be available throughout the restaurant area and alcohol will only be sold by waiter/waitress service to persons in that area.
2 Throughout the restaurant area all tables will be made available for dining and alcohol will be served only to those patrons who have a place at a table.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1 CCTV shall be provided on the premises and shall be kept in good working order and any recordings from the CCTV shall be retained for a period of 28 days
2 The premises will be a member of any local pub watch scheme and will observe the list of banned persons issued by it.
3 Any glasses into which drink is dispensed will be made from toughened shatterproof glass.
4 In advance of any trading at the premises outside its normal trading pattern a full Risk Assessment will be produced and its' recommendations be complied with.
5 Food will be available until the premises cease selling alcohol
Public safety
A Risk Assessment (including a fire risk assessment) will be carried out following such Risk Assessment an Action Plan will be prepared and any additional action required will be implemented. This will be reviewed periodically.
The prevention of public nuisance
Considering the nature of the operation of the premises and the existing legal requirements it is considered that there are no steps necessary to promote this licensing objective.
The protection of children from harm
1 Photographic driving licences, passports or in agreement with the police a form of identification with the PASS hologram will be used as evidence of anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 before they are served with intoxicating liquor.
2 Bearing in mind the nature of the operation and the existing legal requirements it is considered that no further steps are required to promote this licensing objective.
