Offered Conditions
All staff will successfully complete training in age related products prior to commencing employment, refresher training will also be successfully completed not more than every three months, this will be fully documented and be available for inspection to police officers or other authorised persons
A system of till prompts for all age related products will be installed at the premises and will be used during all transactions.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)

To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
The premises will close to the public between the hours of midnight and 8.00am for the retail sale of alcohol and normal off sales will not be permitted during these hours, however, sales of alcohol, by way of mail order, are permitted 24 hours.

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
Internal and external CCTV along with strict enforcement of licensing objectives. Any incidents inside or outside the premises will be immediately reported to the Police.
c) Public safety
Internal and external CCTV will assist in promoting public safety. Refusal of sales to any person who is intoxicated or believed to cause disturbance.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
I will actively refuse sales to intoxicated or disruptive persons.
e) The protection of children from harm
In common with any responsible licenceholder I will ensure sales are only made to persons over the age of 18 and will refuse sales where I believe a proxy sale may be taking place. Internal and external CCTV will also assist in the detection of potential proxy sales.
