b) The prevention of crime and disorder
No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
A sign will be displayed on the premises indicating the normal hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
c) Public safety
All fire doors will be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
When live regulated entertainment is taking place after 22:00 windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, will be kept shut.
The beer garden/smoking shelter area to the rear of the premises to close for consumption of alcohol at 23:00 hrs every evening with the exception of Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
No nuisance to be caused to nearby residents as a result of noise from the premises.
That the Licence Holder or his/her representative to make regular assessments of noise from the premises, and to take all necessary steps to prevent noise nuisance being caused to residents of the area. A record of assessments to be kept and this record to be available for inspection by a designated Officer of the Council at any time.
A suitable automatic noise limiting device to be installed and calibrated to the satisfaction of the Head of Health and Strategic Housing or her nominated representative. The level of the limiting device not to be altered without the written permission of the Head of Health and Strategic Housing.
e) The protection of children from harm
No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 22:00 save on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
