1. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23:00 hours
2. In regard to non-specific timings for international events, 10 days notice will be given to the police and the licensing authority and functions will not take place without the consent of the police
3. A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
4. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
5. On Thursdays to Saturdays a minimum number of 2 members of door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty from 21.00 hours for the first 100 customers and thereafter one for every 100 or part thereof
6. Two door supervisors registered with the SIA will remain outside the premises until at least 15 minutes after the last customer has left the premises
7. Door supervisors registered with SIA shall be equipped with an appropriate method of keeping an accurate record of the capacity levels, including any separate capacity levels for individual rooms or levels
8. Door Supervisors shall be positioned at each entrance/exit (other than fire only exits) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses
9. Door supervisors will patrol the queue to the premises as necessary but no less than once every 5 minutes to ensure that customers who are drunk or who have acted in a disorderly manner, or have behaved in such a way as to cause a public nuisance or disturbance, are prevented from entering the premises
10. The designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
11. To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
12. A dispersal policy shall be reviewed in conjunction with the police and neighbouring venues having regard to dispersal issues shall and only be implemented if the Walkabout terminal hour is the same as the neighbouring venue Brooks
13. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
14. The maximum number of persons (including staff) allowed to be on premises at any time shall be 840
15. No entry to or re-entry to the premises one hour prior to the terminal hour by members of the public or by any guests or friends of members of staff or the premises licence holder
16. The designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of any Pubwatch scheme for the area within which the premises are located and would include registration and use of community/network radio
17. Free drinking water to be made available at all times from the bar
18. The premises licence holder will provide to the police a drugs policy for the premises which shall as a minimum contain all of the best practices outlined in the guidance published by the Home Office and the London Drug Policy Forum ‘Safer Clubbing’
19. Temporary Event Notices will be accompanied by an operating schedule in respect of the event
20. The designated premises supervisor shall have at least 2 year’s experience of managing similar premises with a similar capacity and with a similar terminal hour
21. Any provision of hot food and/or beverages is for consumption on the premises
22. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
