Offered Conditions
1) A minimum number of 1 door staff registered with the SIA will be on duty at the premises on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 01:00 hrs until the premises closes and also on all Bank Holiday mornings from 01:00 hrs.
2) To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system which staff at all times can operate fully and be able to review and download when requested by Police and this system shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
3) The premises licence holder will ensure that a daily record comprising of the following:-
start time and finish time of each door supervisor is maintained. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced to the police or other authorised person.
4) There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
5) Registration and use of the community radio network.
6) Waste bins provided for litter.
7) Signs to be prominently displayed at the exit to the premises requesting customers leave quietly.
