  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premise licence -

   

  (a) at a time when there is no designated premise supervisor in respect of the    licence , or

   

  (b) at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence, or his licence has been suspended.

   

    2                             The supply of alcohol under a premises licence must be made or authorised               by                a  person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

   

• Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  CCTV will be installed, maintained & be recording at all times licensable activities are taking place.

  There must be at least 1 camera covering the counter area, front door & external frontage of the property.

  Recordings will be kept for a minimum of 28 days & made available to authorities upon request, or in any case within 24 hours.

  Notices will be displayed in prominent locations of the premises about the offences relating to underage persons attempting to buy alcohol & proxy sales.

  All staff will receive training prior to selling alcohol. The training will be documented & made available to the authorities upon request. Refresher training will take place every quarter.

  A refusals & incidents register will be maintained at the premises, & will be made available for inspection on the request of any of the responsible authorities.

  A bin will be located outside the premises for any rubbish associated with the store.

  Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18.

  The only forms of ID acceptable as proof of age are:- UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS card.
