Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
(1) All members of staff must undertake written training in relation to age awareness sales. Records of this training must be kept for inspection by Police or other relevant authority if so requested. The training must include alcohol and tobacco sales
(2) There must be in place a written method of recording all transactions made. This record must include time, date, location and evidence of proof of age offered by the customer.
(3) There must be in place a written method of recording all sales refused on the grounds of age. This record must include time, date, location, description of customer and reason for refusal
(4) All sales must only be made after an acceptable form of photo identification is offered. Acceptable forms of identification include Passport, Driving licence, PASS ID cards or Armed Forces Identify cards.
(5) All employees must have a Personal Alcohol Licence and have attended relevant "Challenge 25" courses.
(6) There will be 24 hour CCTV in operation covering the main doors and storage area.
(7) Sales of alcohol will only be made to customers where their address is verified. Under no circumstances will sales of alcohol be made in a public place or on the roadside.
(8) Should a customer appear to be intoxicated either on the telephone or at the point of delivery then the sale of alcohol will not proceed.
