Staff at the building to be trained to ensure they are able and informed to deal with safety of both the commercial tenants and public visiting the building
Security and fire systems must be regularly maintained and tested. A record of the all tests carried out must be maintained in a book which must be kept on the premises and made available for inspection if requested by an authorised officer.
Regular risk assesments of the premises must be carried out
Basic CCTV coverage must be provided
The building must be staffed during the hours that it is open to the public
Staff must be trained in First Aid
The programme of events and entertainment will be appropriately managed
Staff will be trained in how to maintain the licensing objectives
When regulated entertainment is being provided indoors after 23.00 all doors and windows must be kept closed other than for access and egress.
When regulated entertainment is provided outdoors, it will end at 21.30 from Sunday to thursday and 23.00 on Friday and Saturday nights.
