Offered Conditions
CCTV equipment shall be installed and maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Training will be provided for staff members in the usage of the CCTV equipment. CCTV footage recorded must, as a minimum, cover each entry/exit point of the premises and be recording at all times when the premises is conducting licensable activities.
The images recorded by the CCTV system will be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
The Data Controller will make footage available within a reasonable time scale to a Police Constable or Authorised Officer, where such a request is made in accordance with and which satisfies the Data Protection Act 1998.
The licenceholder will work closely with on site 24 hour security services and college porters to augment the prevention of crime and disorder. Panic buttons are installed on site.
There will be a minimum number of 2 members of staff working in the premises after 23:00 hours when it is open for late night refreshments.
In order to prevent public nuisance the licenceholder will work closely with both University personnel and security
Non Standard Timings
During Freshers Week each year when new students arrive on Campus, the premises will remian open and undertake licensable activities until 04:00 hours for 7 consecutive days.
