THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER.
All staff engaged in the sale of alcohol will be trained in accordance with the premises licence holders training procedures.
All staff will successfully complete training in age related products prior to operating a till on the sales floor. Refresher training will also be successfully completed not more than every 3 months, this will be fully documented and be available for inspection to police officers or other authorised persons.
CCTV will be installed, and maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Training shall be provided for staff members in the usage of the CCTV equipment. CCTV footage recorded must, as a minimum, cover each entry/exit point of the premises and point of sale area and be recording at all times when the premises is conducting licensable activities. Footage shall be kept for a minimum of 21days.
The data controller will make footage available within a reasonable time to Police or authorised officer where such a request is made in accordance with and which satisfies the Data Protection Act 1998.
All checkout operators will operate a refusal log.
PUBLIC SAFETY.
The premise licence holder undertakes ongoing risk assessments in order to comply with Health and Safety Legislation.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.
The premises are responsibly managed and supervised. No additional measures are beleived necessary.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
All staff will receive suitable training, including refresher training, in relation to the proof of age "Challenge 25" scheme to be applied on the prmises.
The following forms of identification are acceptable: Photo ddriving licence, passport, proof of age standards scheme(pass) card and any other locally or nationally approved form of identification.
