Offered Conditions
CRIME AND DISORDER LICENSING OBJECTIVE
CCTV equipment shall be installed and shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. There must be at least 1 camera covering the internal/counter area of premises and 2 cameras covering the external frontage of the premises and be recording at all times the premises is open for licensable activities. Training should be provided for staff members in the usage of the CCTV equipment.
The Data Controller will make footage available within a reasonable time to a Police Constable or Authorised Officer, where such request is made in accordance with and which satisfies the Data Protection Act 1998.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 21 days.
There will be clear signage banning all customers from bringing any alcohol or glass bottles on to the premises.
PUBLIC SAFETY
All exits to be clearly sign posted.
A fire notice will be placed at the premises advising customers of action required in the event of a fire.
All escape routes will be kept clear of obstruction.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
There will be signs placed on the premises requesting that all customers when leaving do so quietly, and respect local residents.
Windows and doors will be kept closed to reduce noise pollution.
The Licence holder will ensure the area around the premises is kept clean and tidy.
THE PREVENTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
No one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the premises after midnight.
