  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premise licence -

   

  (a) at a time when there is no designated premise supervisor in respect of the    licence , or

   

  (b) at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence, or his licence has been suspended.

• Conditions consistent with operating schedule

   

                        The business will only retail to customers who declare at the point of purchase that they are aged 18 or over.

   

                        Delivery staff will have full authority to refuse delivery to anyone who they believe is under the age of 18 (operating the Challenge 25 policy) or who they believe is intoxicated.

   

                        Minimal stock will be held on the premises and presence of stock will not be advertised and will be kept out of view at all times. Standard security measures will be taken for the premises, with all doors and windows being locked when the property is empty and doors being locked overnight.

   

                        No public access will be allowed to the premises as it is a private property.

   

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder

   

                       The Designated Premises Supervisor and all members of staff shall ensure that all lawful instructions and/or directions given by Police are complied with.

                       No drink shall be removed from the premises in an unsealed container.

                       A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers, except in the case of an emergency

                       A record of all transactions will be maintained. The transaction record will contain the name, address, details of the order and requested time of order. This shall be documented and available for inspection to Police Officers or other authorised persons.

                       A refusals book must be kept at the premises and all refusals shall be documented in the Refusal book. This will include the name, address,details of order, requested time of order and this shall be available for inspection to Police Officers or other authorised persons.

                       There will be no direct sales to the public from the premises at any time.

                       The business will be very low-key and as such there will be no on-site promotion of the business or stock that is held.

                       The premises are subject to standard residential security practices - all external doors are locked when the house is empty and overnight, No stock will be left in view over night or when the house is open.

   

  Public safety

   

                       There will be no public access to the premises and members of the public will not be allowed entry.

                       Alcohol shall only be delivered to premises with a valid post code.

   

   

  Prevention of public nuisance

   

                       The licensable operation is the sale and dispatch of online orders of alcohol. There will be no impact upon public nuisance at the point of sale as there is no public access or public interaction with the premises at the point of dispatch.

   

   

  Protection of children from harm

   

                       The only children who will have access to the premises are those who live there and personal friends and family who are invited in.

                       No persons under the age of 18 years will be employed at the premises in a role which involves contact with the licensable product.

                       All stock must be kept in safe, stable locations and children will not be left unsupervised in rooms containing stock at any time.

                       All staff must be familair with the Challenge 25 policy and refuse delivery to anyone who looks or appears to be under the age of 25 years and who is unable to provide identification that they are over 18 years of age. The only acceptable forms of identification are:

                PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) card                           

                Armed Forces ID card
