Conditions consistent with operating schedule
CCTV equipment will be installed on the premises and will be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Training should be provided for staff members in the usage of the CCTV equipment. CCTV footage recorded must, as a minimum, cover each entry/exit point of the premises and be recording at all times when the premises is conducting licensable activities.
The images recorded by the CCTV system must be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 30 days.
The Data Controller will make footage available within a reasonable time to a Police Constable or Authorised Officer, where such a request is made in accordance with and which satisfies the Data Protection Act 1998.
On Friday & Saturday nights, a minimum of 1 SIA registered door staff must be on duty from 23:00 hours to close.
Door staff to remain on the door throughout the duration of their duty to manage patrons.
A written record shall be kept on the premises by the Designated Premises Supervisor of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor in a register kept for that purpose. That record shall contain the following details:-
the door supervisor's name, date of birth and home address.
his/her Security Industry Authority licenc number
the time and date he/she starts and finishes duty
the time of any breaks taken whilst on duty
The premises will comply with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005.
The premises will not have an adverse effect on the public in terms of nuisance. The premises is located in a retail area amongst other retail food premises. Notices will be placed at the exit point asking customers to leave the area in a quiet and orderly manner.
Staff will regularly monitor the external area of the premises and ensure that it is free from litter.
Notices will be on display in the shop asking customers to be quiet as they leave the shop.
The premises licence holder shall comply with other legislative requirements to ensure that the shop is safe for customers and staff.
