• The prevention of crime and disorder

   

  1. Refusal of entry to People who in the managers opinion do not the meet standards required.

  2 Challenge inappropriate behaver and language were necessary.

  3 Signage explaining Zero Tolerance on drugs, abuse to staff and other customers.

  4. Door Security if required.

  5 Internal and External Security cameras and lighting.

  6.ID Checks on persons that dont look of age.

  7.Ensure Security Staff are qualified to the required standards.

  8. Only purchase supplies from reputable companies

• Public safety

   

  1 Ensure all requirements to Health and Safety are adhered to.

  2 Fire Exits are clearly marked,

  3 All Food Productions meet all the necessary legal requirements and records are taken and kept.

  4 Traceable Produce records from manufacturer to consumption.

  5 Allergens and intolerances are available for customers to access.

  6 Disability access is available.

  7 First Aid kit is available plus a defibrillator.

  8.Refuse persons whom in the supervisors opinion have had enough to drink.

  9.Inform police of anyone that drives after drinking to much .

  10.Ensure all waste and litter are put in the correct areas.

• The prevention of public nuisance

   

  1 Maintain all records of persons that are deemed to be public nuisances.

  2 Ensure all staff are briefed each day so as to be aware of any changes.

  3 Inform Police if the person or persons are causing problems.

  4 Assist other Trading colleges of the situation through Pub Watch or other support services.

  5 Maintain records.

• The protection of children from harm

   

  1 Children are to be supervised by an appropriate adult at all times.

  2 inappropriate behaver and language will be challenged.

  3 Identity and age checks will be requested to confirm legality.

  4.Restrict access to premises if requried.

• Proposed Conditions To Be Added

   

  A documented Challenge 25 Scheme (aka Check 25) will be the adopted Age Verification Policy. The Challenge 25 Scheme will be actively promoted and advertised at the premises. Any person purchasing alcohol, who appears to be under 25 years of age, shall be asked to provide acceptable identification to prove that they are 18 years of age or over. Failure to supply such identification will result in no sale or supply of alcohol to that person.

  Acceptable forms of identification shall be:

  A PASS accredited hologram proof of age card

  Photo driving licence

  Passport

  National, including EU Cards

  Any electronic or biometric age verification technology approved by the licensing authority.

   

  At commencement of employment all members of staff must undergo training in relation to the Check 25 policy. All staff must undergo refresher training at least every 6 months. All training must be held in writing at the premises for at least 12 months and made available for inspection to Responsible Authorities upon request.

   

  “Challenge 25” posters shall be displayed in prominent positions at the premises.
