• Embedded Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

   

• Non standard timings

  On New Year’s Eve licensable activities may take place from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day

  An additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences

  To authorise, without any time restriction, the sale of alcohol by retail:

  )          to any person staying at the premises, for consumption either on or off the premises;

  )          to any guest of a person staying at the premises, for consumption on the premises; and

  to persons employed at the premises for the purpose of the business carried on there, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises, for consumption on the premises

  2.   Other than Gaming Machines there will be no provision of any adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
