Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on duty on Sunday to Thursday evenings from 20.00 hours and a personal licence holder shall be on duty on Friday and Saturday evenings from 20.00 hours except in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances
2. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises a duty manager will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
3. In the event of the premises employing doorstaff the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
4. To maintain and operate a CCTV system, which complies with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
5. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
6. The designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of any Pubwatch scheme for the area within which the premises are located and would include registration and use of community/network radio
7. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23:00 hours
8. Notwithstanding these usual opening times the premises, in accordance with the converted right, may choose to open to the public at any time for non-licensable activities/purposes
9. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
10. The Premise Licence holder will ensure that no alcohol is consumed in any area covered by the Premise Licence for which a Street Café Licence has granted by the Council.

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
The Company is committed to strict compliance with the law in the course of the operation of its premises and to maintaining good standards of behaviour by its customers. The measures identified in the attached Overview of Operations are designed to meet the Prevention of Crime and Disorder objective and maybe found at sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, J and L. These measures will continue to apply to the additional hours sought by this variation.
c) Public safety
JD Wetherspoon undertakes ongoing risk assessments in order to comply with Health and Safety legislation. The attached Overview of Operations identifies certain areas from a licensing perspective which address the Public Safety objective. Please see sections A, B, C, D, G, I, J and L.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
There is to be no change in the trading terms of these premises other than the later opening hours sought by this variation. The existing measures identified in the attached Overview of Operations will continue to apply. Please see sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, J and L.
e) The protection of children from harm
The company has many years of experience in catering for families with over 95% of its premises having the benefit of Children Certificates. It is Company policy that children will be required to vacate the bar by 21:00 hrs unless they are eating in which case they will be required to vacate the bar by 21:30 hrs. Children must always be accompanied by an adult who will be required to maintain constant supervision of them. The measures identified in the attached Overview of Operations provide further confirmation of the Company's compliance with the Protection of Children from Harm Objective.
