Offered Conditions
The performance of a play will be limited to one performance of a children’s pantomime to be held on a Saturday in January
The exhibition of films will be limited to the holding of Race Nights and Quiz Nights on an occasional basis
The amplification of live music and recorded music will be strictly controlled
The playing of recorded music will be limited to music for old time dancing, backing music for cabaret entertainment and background music
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.

The Jubilee Social Working Men’s Club and Institute is affiliated to the Working Men’s Club and Institution Union Limited and is registered under the Friendly Societies Act 1974.
The Club is governed by its rules (see copy attached) to which each member is held to assent as one of the conditions of joining the Club.
The rules are thus binding upon each and every member.
The management of the Club’s finances fully comply with the directions of the Financial Services Authority under the Friendly Societies Act 1974 as amended by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Mutual Societies) Order 2001.
The prevention of crime and disorder
All membership applications are strictly vetted.
All members are issued with a membership card and a door entry security fob.
Any member who has misconducted himself or herself is barred from the premises until summoned to attend a committee hearing which, if proven guilty, would result in an appropriate punishment being imposed.
A padlocked barrel cage has been erected to prevent theft of barrels.
Public safety

A bottle skip positioned in the car park, at the rear of the Club, for use by the Club is also available for members of the general public.
Members are not allowed to consume alcohol or soft drinks outside the Club’s premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
Dispersal : 20 minutes is allowed for drinking up after the last sale of alcohol. A further 20 minutes is then allowed for members to leave the premises.
Amplified music : The playing of amplified music is strictly controlled to the continuing satisfaction of local residents.
All goods deliveries are restricted to between 10.00 and 17.00hrs.
The protection of children from harm
All juveniles must be accompanied by an adult member at all times when on the Club premises.
All children up to 16 years of age must vacate the Club premises before 21.00hrs.
