Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
All Committee members will be familiar with all of the licensing objectives so as to prevent crime, disorder, public nuisance and harm to children and promote public safety.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
No entry to or re-entry to the premises one hour prior to the terminal hour by members of the public or by any guests or friends of members of staff or the premises licence holder
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Advice from the Police Crime Prevention Officer will be complied with. The car park is lit during use. Sale of alcohol will be carried out under the terms of Personal and Premises Licenses and the law so as not to promote drunkenness.
Public safety
Annual electrical wiring and fire regulation inspections are carried out. Emergency lighting is regularly checked. Emergency lights kept clear at all times and checked.
The prevention of public nuisance
Quiet dispersal and arrival is encouraged and loitering is discouraged. Adequate litter collection points are provided.
The protection of children from harm
There will be no entertainment of an adult nature. Unaccompanied children under 16 are not allowed on the premises after 21.00 hours.
All Committee members are familiar with regulations concerning sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years (and consumption).
