Offerd Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times after 20.00 hours during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2. At times when the designated premises supervisor is away from the premises on holiday or anticipates being away for an extended period of time then another personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence. However in the event that no other personal licence holder is available then a non-personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence provided that the nominated person has been made available for interview by the police licensing unit in respect of such a position and the police do not object to the proposal
3. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
4. Police require drinking-up time to be half an hour only to negate stacking of drinks
5. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
6. The premises will not be accessible to under 16’s at any time unless accompanied by an adult and there will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Operating schedule

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
• Any advice of the Police Crime Prevention Officer will be complied with.
• All members of the management will be trained in relation to all of the Licensing Objectives so as to prevent crime, disorder, public nuisance and promote public safety and the protection of children from harm.
• CCTV is installed internally.
• Closure of the premises at the Police request and during specific times on the occasions of local football matches.
• Not having any irresponsible drinks promotions which may encourage binge drinking.
• All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
• Using plastic glasses when special events are taking place in town ie punk festival.
c) Public safety
• Maintaining emergency exits and emergency escape routes to ensure that these can be used at all times.
• All escape routes and exits maintained so as not to cause hindrance in the event of evacuation.
• Fire extinguishers maintained.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
• Doors and windows to be kept closed when entertainment is in progress.
• Signs posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents.
• All external lighting on signage will be turned off at 00.00.
• All lighting on external signs will be turned off at 00.00 with the exception of the heat sensored light which is for customer safety when exiting the premises.
• DJ/public announcement to be made at the end of the evening asking customers to leave quietly.
• Persons who persistently cause a disturbance outside the premises either before or after entry to be banned from the premises and in accordance with the management practices and Admissions Policy.
e) The protection of children from harm
• Children under 16 not allowed access unless accompanied by an adult.
• The family room is a designated no smoking area.
• Persons under 18 years of age to be excluded from the premises on occasions which the management deem appropriate and subject to the activities to be taking place.
