This is a resident only bar and only drinks purchased on the premises will be consumed. No non residents will be allowed to purchase alcohol on these premises.
No alcohol will be served to people who are drunk.
The bar area has two fire exits one at the front and one at the rear of the bar. The bar is also fitted with smoke and heat alarms.
The noise will be kept to a minimum and as it is only a resident bar the guests will be well behaved.
No children under the age of 16 years will be allowed in the bar area without an adult
Proof of age will be needed to purchase alcohol.
The main door of the hotel is alarmed and fitted with CCTV.
