Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which alcohol is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers
2. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: - UK photo driving licence Passport PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. Any outside area which is used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used at 23.30 hours
5. Off sales shall cease at 23.00 hours
6. Police require drinking-up time to be 30 minutes only to negate stacking of drinks and therefore closing time is to revert to 01.30 hours
7. Where a door(s) on an escape route opens against the direction of travel, it shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening when ever there are public on the premises. and there shall be a clearly visible notice in capital letters which contains the words: "THIS DOOR SHALL BE KEPT LOCKED IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN THE PREMISES ARE OCCUPIED" displayed next to the door(s)
8. Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
9. The emergency lighting system and electrical installation shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable
10. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

All staff including management will have on-going training in all aspects of the promotion of the new licensing legislation especially the promotion of the 4 licensing objectives.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. To install, maintain and operate a CCTV system which complies with the minimum requirements expected of the (Lancashire) Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
2. No irresponsible drinks promotions.
Public safety
1. Daily safety checks for broken glasses, wiring etc.
2. First aid kit available for use.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. All patrons must be in the building by 10.30p.m. from the outside areas.
2. Flood lights from Bowling Green to be turned off by 10.30p.m. daily.
The protection of children from harm
1. All staff trained on underage sales criteria.
2. All children to be off the premises by 10.00p.m. i.e. those aged under 16 (per S145 (2) (a))
