1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
5. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
6. Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.30 hours
7. At all times when the premises are used for the purpose of the premises licence, the licence holder, manager or designated premises supervisor who is responsible for the management of the premises shall at all times be aware of the number of persons on the premises and shall if requested to do so give that information to an authorised person
8. Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable
9. Where a door(s) on an escape route opens against the direction of travel, it shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening when ever there are public on the premises and there shall be a clearly visible notice in capital letters which contains the words: "THIS DOOR SHALL BE KEPT LOCKED IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN THE PREMISES ARE OCCUPIED" displayed next to the door(s)
10. The fire alarm, emergency lighting system and electrical installation shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable
11. The nosings on all steps and landings shall be maintained so that they are clearly visible by painting them in a contrasting colour or other similar means
12. Where a fire-resisting door is fitted within the premises and that door is required to be kept closed at all times then the door shall be clearly marked on both sides with a sign bearing the words "FIRE DOOR KEEP CLOSED" in block letters not less than 50mm high and clearly visible when the premises are open to the public
13. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
14. Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises
15. Recorded music, the provision of facilities for making music and the provision of facilities for dancing are limited to the function room (until 01.00 hours the following day) and the basement room (until 00.00 hours [midnight])
16. Recorded music can only by provided by a DJ
17. Live music can only be played in the function room
18. Dancing will only be permitted in the function room
19. The terminal hour for the provision of facilities for making music in the basement room will be 00.00 hours (midnight)
20. The provision of late night refreshment will only be permitted for consumption on the premises
21. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
