Offered Conditons
1. At times when the designated premises supervisor is away from the premises on holiday or anticipates being away for an extended period of time then another personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence. However in the event that no other personal licence holder is available then a non-personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence provided that the nominated person has been made available for interview by the police licensing unit in respect of such a position and the police do not object to the proposal
2. In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
5. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
6. Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.00 hours
7. Where a door(s) on an escape route opens against the direction of travel, it shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening whenever there are public on the premises
8. Outdoor music and dancing will occur very occasionally in summer (approximately 2 or 3 times per year) at weekends and will continue no later than 20.00 hours
Any Gaming Machines at the premises are to be positioned within sight of the bar servery in order that full supervision can be given to those playing on such and there will be no other adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

The prevention of crime and disorder
Be a member and active supporter / participant of the local Pub Watch scheme.
Using toughened glasses whenever possible.
Any advice of the Police Crime Prevention Officer will be complied with.
Not having any irresponsible drinks promotions which may encourage binge drinking.
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
All members of the management will be trained in all relation to all of the Licensing Objectives so as to prevent crime, disorder, public nuisance and promote public safety and the protection of children from harm.
Public safety
Annual testing and inspection of the fire extinguishers at the premises by a designated contractor.
Weekly checks of the emergency lighting at the premises.
Maintaining emergency exits and emergency escape routes to ensure that these can be used at all times.
Annual testing and inspection of the gas installation at the premises by a qualified engineer.
The prevention of public nuisance
Persons who persistently cause a disturbance outside the premises either before or after entry to be banned from the premises and in accordance with the management practices and Admissions Policy.
The premises have agreed links with a local taxi company for collection of customers.
The management will ensure that the grounds of the premises will be kept tidy and without nuisance to other neighbouring businesses and residents.
Doors and windows to be kept closed when entertainment is in progress except for access.
Signs posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents.
A ‘wind down’ period will occur for one hour prior to closing when quieter music is played.
Amplified music is turned off in the Beer Garden / external areas of the premises at 11p.m. each day.
No recorded or live performed music will be played in any external parts of the premises after 11p.m.
The protection of children from harm
Persons aged under 18 years of age to be excluded from the premises on occasions which management deem appropriate and subject to the activities to be taking place.
Any cigarette machines at the premises are positioned within sight of the bar servery in order that supervision can be given as to those purchasing cigarettes.
No persons under the age of 18 years allowed access to any part of the premises after 6p.m. on any day with the exception of the children of the DPS or children resident in the premises.
Any S.34 gaming machines at the premises are positioned within sight of the bar servery in order that full supervision can be given as to those playing on such.
