Offered Conditions
A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.00
The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
Live and recorded music events to take place on no more than 2 occasions per year in the outdoor areas between 12.00 and 18.00 (this restriction not to apply to incidental music played during 20/20 matches)
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
Live and recorded indoor music events to take place only between the hours 10.00 to 01.00
Noise from outdoor events not to cause nuisance to residents of the area.
The DPS or his nominated representative to be personally responsible for ensuring noise levels are controlled to a satisfactory level, and to carry out frequent checks at the boundary of the site during outdoor events to ensure that noise levels are not excessively loud.
Loudspeakers to be positioned so as to minimise the disturbance to local residents

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
Promote sensible drinking at all times.
Check positive ID for members and their guests.
All members of staff concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol to under 18's.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18; UK photo driving licence, passport or pass card (proof of age standards scheme).
c) Public safety
Capacity strictly limited to 100 in the Clubhouse.
Adequate Health and Safety signs.
Regular checks on access, particularly fire doors.
Sufficient employees and Committee members present to ensure safety of premises and patrons.
Regular testing of appliances.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Ensure that the Clubhouse and ground is emptied promptly at the end of period (control of operating hours).
Liaison with live music groups to control amplified music.
Management of people.
Outdoor, live music and recorded music limited to 12:00 - 18:00
e) The protection of children from harm
Heysham Cricket Club has worked and achieved English and Welsh Cricket Boards Clubmark accreditation for the coaching and safeguarding of children.
The Club has a Child Welfare Officer who is in attendance most days the Club is open.
Children are welcome in the Club accompanied by adults.
Signs warning against unacceptable behaviour are displayed in the Club.
